Start by sending me a message and telling me what is going on for you right now.

You do not need to have everything figured out. Just tell me where you are now and what you would like to change.

We’ll have a simple 15–30 minute conversation where I can understand your goal, your lifestyle, your schedule, your training history and what has been holding you back.

The aim is to give you clarity. By the end, you’ll know what your next step should be, what is realistic for you, and whether my 12-Week Reset & Rebuild program is the right fit.

Step 3 — Your 12-Week Reset & Rebuild Plan

If we’re a good fit, I’ll guide you through a structured plan built around your real life.

We’ll work on strength, mobility, better movement, energy, simple nutrition habits, confidence and accountability — without random workouts, extreme diets or trying to figure everything out alone.

Your body gets a plan. You get support. And we take it one step at a time.
