I do not start by giving you a complicated diet.

Step 2 — Strength & Movement Baseline

At the start of the program, I take you through a simple baseline.

This is not about testing your ego.

It is about seeing where your body is right now.

I look at how you move, how you control your body, what feels limited, what feels weak and what needs the most attention.

This gives me a clear starting point.

Because if I do not measure where you start, I cannot clearly show how far you have come.


Step 3 — Your 12-Week Reset & Rebuild Plan

Then I build your plan around your goal, your body and your schedule.

The plan may include 1:1 personal training sessions, strength work, mobility work, simple conditioning, nutrition guidance, app-based support and progress tracking.

The goal is not to create the most complicated plan.

The goal is to create the plan you can actually follow.


Step 4 — Weekly Coaching & Follow-Up

You will not be left alone with a plan.

Each week, I help you stay focused on the next step.

I look at what is working, what is not working, what needs adjusting and what you need to focus on next.

I review your progress at key points during the 12 weeks.
