For over 20 years, I've been crafting delicious meals as a chef. But let me tell you, behind the scenes, my lifestyle wasn't so glamorous. Long hours, unhealthy habits, and stress lead to a bit too much alcohol and cigarettes – it's the classic 'chef life,' but it wasn't sustainable. Those long hours in hospitality took a toll on my body – bad posture, lower back pain, a sore neck, rounded shoulders, and even a torn plantar fascia. But I reached a point where I knew I had to change, not just for me, but for my future. Change wasn't easy. It took sweat, hard work, and plenty of trial and error. But I did it and want to help you do the same. Whether you aim to improve your health or transform your lifestyle, I'm here. So why do I want to help?
